UPDATE!

Haha! I haven't been on since my second post. OOPS. See! Life gets me every time!

Well, we completed the Dave Ramsey course and WE ARE DEBT FREE!!!!!! Well, besides our mortgage! We are working on our savings (3-6 months) but everytime we get ahead, something happens! ahhhhh! Yesterday, I woke up in the morning and that's right, the fridge was out. And I'm not talking the light bulb. I'm talking out! UGH! Not even 2 years old! And apparently no one likes to work on them. So guess what I got yesterday? Yep. A new fridge. All I can say is it cost me the price of our king size bed that we have been budgeting for! AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! Well, today's another day! I found a nice guy that said he'd come out and take a look at the other fridge. I guess if he fixes it, we will have a fridge in our garage. LOL. TO add to all the other crap in there!

Besides that, life is good. I made a sleeve for my laptop and a bag for the cord and mouse over the last couple of days. woot woot!

I'm pretty sure these are the cutest almost one-year olds ever... :)

Here I am World!

Well, this is my first ever blog post. I'm not sure where this will go or if I will even keep it up. Only time will tell.... My name is Anne-Marie and I'm a shopaholic. LOL. Now everyone together, "hi Anne-Marie". :) My life is too busy sometimes and to deal w/ stress, I shop. Now, don't get me wrong. I have not gotten my family in any financial trouble or anything like that. We don't have beacoups (SP?) of credit card debt or anything like that. Let's see. I'm not gonna say I'm cheap but I will say I enjoy the rush of getting a "good deal". As my hubby jokingly says, "think about how much we saved!" Well, I do think that but maybe I didn't need it? hahahahahaha! On my "blog" I will voice my aggravations (without getting into too much detail) about life, work, shopping and overall this roller coaster. Have you guys ever heard of Dave Ramsey? He's a Christian guy that was worth 4 million dollars at 26 years old and then lost everything and is now a millionnaire again. He does classes called "Financial Peace University" at local churches. My hubby and I are attending our first class this weekend and I am so excited. My BFF, Danielle, turned me onto him and to the idea. My hubby and I make pretty good money but don't have too much to show for it in our net worth so I'M ON A MISSION TO CHANGE THAT! We will retire millionnaires. And that's not just a dream. It's a reality. Yes. For me, passing up that amazing Coach bag WILL BE A STRUGGLE! BUT I will do it. For me, for my hubby and for my kids. I want to show my kids how awesome it is to lead a fulfilling life DEBT-FREE! And yes, it is possible. MDH (my dear hubby) says he's along for the ride. I say you better hold on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
